Vertical Imagery
Our vertical camera system is hard-mounted and aligned with the vertical axis of the aircraft. We can provide vertical images with ground resolutions from 1 inch to 36 inches per pixel. Each of our vertical cameras has been calibrated to allow ortho-photo production.

| Focal Flight's vertical camera system is equipped with and inertial measurment unit and global positioning system (GPS) for ortho-rectification and geo-referencing of the images.
The inertial measurment unit records the aircraft attitude at the moment the image is taken to determine a precise lens vector for geo-referencing.
The GPS records the precise aircraft position of the aircraft.
